Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscription payments made to BrightLink (ABN 85 187 609 642) for the BrightLink service at www.brightlink.com.au. It is in addition to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

1. Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, you are not charged during the trial and no card is required to start. You will only be billed if you choose to subscribe after the trial.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in AUD. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep access until then.

3. Refunds

  • Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable for partial months once a billing period has begun.
  • If you were charged in error, or believe you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, contact us and we will assess your request promptly and in good faith.

4. Client deposits & payments

Any deposits or payments your clients make to you for their bookings are arrangements between you and your client. BrightLink is not a party to those arrangements, and refunds of client deposits are handled under your own cancellation policy.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
